Reservations are not final until your payment is received in full, and you have received written confirmation via email.
Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 14 days prior to your reservation. Cancellations made within 14 days of your reservation are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for weekend reservations, or those cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation.
A cleaning checklist will be left at the event space. Excess cleaning or items left unchecked will result in forfeiture of the $250 cleaning deposit.
